ABDM says

"Existing option holders couldn't have asked for a better deal, and our directors don't hold any company options so the offer wasn't derived to give them any direct benefit"

And nor any of us, did you miss the 25+ % drop in the SP? How anyone can try and spin this as a positive is beyond me.

This is nothing less than a catastrophe for shareholders, ill conceived, I'll timed, and badly executed, yet we hear of people prepared to drop their bundle of shares if G or J were forced out, sorry but I think the share price may go up if they were.

The worst is yet to come IMHO, this may be the new Life of Pie.
