It is great to see a well tuned management team such as that at SXP. One thing in the spec market that is extremely important is timely delivery announcements. I expect we will see a continuation of these positive results delivered on time or ahead of schedule and a rollout of JVs as the road to commercalisation of these assets moves forward.
