metallurgy numbers look good in both lowering CAPEX and also improving revenue (possibly exponentially) but really comes down to CAPEX due to how tight the banks are even with super low IRRs on projects ulternative is a JV with someone like Toyota, now thats just a guess could be GM or the man on the moom
