Nothing like having people associated with companies that have a significant amount of skin in the game. Healy will bring accountability and hopefully some "can do" to this underperforming company. This hunger combined with the wealth of experience that Neale Taylor will bring as chairman is a great balance (take a look at Tap Oil)....

However, you will have now have a voice and a representative on the board looking after all shareholders.... Please don't be offended, but my support would go behind the major shareholder in this regard and it is clear that there is now a strategy and vision moving the company forward.....
