What is the best way to estimate their income per year??? I had a rough go at it below, am I on the right track?
Assuming:
Brasher 0.25mmcf
Heintschel 2.5mmcf (after frac)
Joann 1 4.4mmcf (after frac)+ ~38bopd
With 1mmcf/d = $1.3 million and 100bopd = $2.0 million.
You get ~$10 million total.
Take about 1/3 of that away for maintenance etc. to get $6.67 million.
1/3 of that is BUR's so they should bring in $2 million a year from these wells?
