• the successful completion of the Pre-IPO placement for Wasabi New Energy Asia to raise in excess of $15,000,000
by 28 February 2014, with initial funds of approximately $10,000,000 required to be received by 30 November 2013;

• a loan to be received in October 2013 to a value of $1,500,000, repayable in March 2014;

• the exercise of options held by options holders to a minimum value of $3,000,000 (exercisable in March 2014);

• the sale of non-core investments held in listed entities by December 2013 at a total value higher than current
