Buying Volume of 5 million in the UK over the last 2 trading days is certainly Exceptionally High.
Monday had 3 million alone.
That's the highest since January!
Just look at the chart it went up to 6.75p ~ 11c after that kind of volume.

Something's going on.
Approval is imminent.
