Great posts and yes, Pauldola is one of the best posters on the TON forum. He mentioned the other day not to underestimate what is happening behind closed doors.

There is so much more happening compared to what we read in company announcements and the media. Even though TON has an aggressive media presence and a prolific announcements program, we get to see the results of probably 20% of overall activity, the rest being commercial in confidence and preliminary which eventually lead to agreement, advancement, Board sign-off and ASX announcements.

Publicly listed companies are different to a private business by the requirement only to keep shareholders informed. Otherwise, everything else a company does is the argy bargy of business, capital investing, strarting up, SWOT analysis, operations, competitive advantages, marketing, employment, accounting, supply agrements, governance, social responsibility, generating profits, financial reports and dividends.

Privately funded companies are also in the graphite industry within Mozambique (the earlier Google Earth map of leaseholders in Mozambique is a great find and worth studying) and I'll bet their shareholders don't need to get onto a public chat forum to research the whys and wherefores of investing in the graphite industry. These shareholders have already done their research and will probably fund the company to profitability.

There is so much more to running TON that we as shareholders will never get to understand. Posting on HC makes it too easy to dismiss and criticise and the majority of critics see themselves as managment in exile.

What we read in the mainstream press and the ASX announcements is the tip of the iceberg to what is actually happening in the real word of graphite supply and demand.
