Just on refunds again. Have a registered address in Perth with a redirection to country WA. after a few weeks i rang Advanced, who said we will stop Chqe and issue a new one. Another couple of weeks still no refund. I thought I read a post re EFT facility, rang again, no we dont do that. Sent in a change of address form and asked that the refund be sent to my country address, thought that would be it. Rang again today ! (no refund Chqe), I asked about an EFT form again, and yes, they can do that now. Which they have done, filled in form and e/mailed straight back this morning. Lets see how we go now. I hope no one else has had the same problems.
