Exercising options is a way to fund a company in need MGV? Guessing no on that one, other reason to make them liquid useable shares to sell and trade for profit as a MAJOR EVENT is about to take place or is very likely to happen being if was done by so many directors.........however!!!! NOT all those options were exercised so this may indicate that there may be staged (uplifts/good news events) or They didn’t have the $ to exercise them all or waiting for an even larger Windfall later to take full advantage of the rest....either way I have come to the conclusion through my very very scientific analysis that this is far more likely to be good news than the bad I initially assumed.
