It would be nice to have access to the excess payment cash over the $750M total for a day. At an annual rate of 4% it would be worth over $200K a day. 5 days for over $1M...but then I still think I'll win LOTTO some day. Guess I'll just have to wait and see how bad my allotment is scaled back and top back up on market. Then again, if too many are buying to top up their total the price may rise so maybe I'll wait a bit. Think I'll have a glass of red and think about this "problem".
