CO2 emissions schemes are a joke atm and do not work very well...and our gov does everything to delay it indefinately...i think any additional pennies from that will be long in coming...but energy is scares and will be getting more expensive with each year as demands are growing across the globe...and that's were we will make our $ from on our cupboards...anyone agrees?
