re: getting punished In my way of thinking these stocks have been severely punished of late for no reason but a bad market,most have got little earning or none and have buggerall cashflows,so will definately need the market to turn for the better before investors start throwing there money into them.

And i agree that stocks like you mention ALL maybe BCA and the likes that have taken a good hit will bounce hopefully for the people that hold first.
