At the current share price of $3.70, with the 80M shares share buyback, that should reduce capital by circa $300M.
I know HLI will argue that defaults returning to historical trend will also contribute to a reduction in capital (although I can't see that happening in a material way given recent bank reports and other housing price data, etc).
I agree, I'm sure they will have to look at special dividend for the full year divvy.
