Whilst everyone is throwing cases around, I think you will find this one interesting. Especially given the purported plans for Joint Venture with QBL (as CGB was then known) and the significant debt owed to CGB's largest shareholder, First State.
I don't ever recall any mention of any JVs in any of the prospectuses when CGB was trying to be relisted at that time or anywhere else for that matter. Its almost as if the court was told whatever was neccessary to terminate the liquidation.
