    it appears it’s more of a price execution mechanism based on price spread between seller price and buyers price. It’s executed by the ASX or Chi exchange I Australia. It has nothing to do with transparency or any doggy dealing. This is not insider trading which some may perceive. This happens all the exchanges in the world. The above theory is based on my own research and I may be inaccurate.
