You got some very good points related to coal.I agree with the positive recruiting, marketing, production etc.... I no doubt think Jeff is one of the best in the business in this field. I do think if he's left to concentrate on those things and they get a suitable CEO who is experienced with public companies of this nature it would be a very good addition to the senior management they have now.
Elon Musk genius of his trade but not a great CEO.
