Beer Barron, Excellent analysis. Isn't hotcopper a joke when someone puts in all that analysis and if it is a negative spin on the stock they hold you dont get one single thumb, (i gave you thumbs for all of them!!)
Ask selmax about this, people just cant stand being told a negative point of view.

I trade the forex a little bit and read quite a lot of publications, of course the AUD will keep getting stronger, the most likely happening at the moment is that the greenback will have a short recovery but the US has to many fundamental problems and the currency is definatily going down further, i think $1.05 will be the peak exchange rate at which point as you mentioned the equillibrium will come into play and it will retrace. OK so the exchange rate is increasing, but let me draw your attention to the recent gold price increases. not only are people seeing gold as being more valuable but it is also because of the weakness in the US dollar, could even be argued that the gold is appreciating more because the US dolalr is depreciating. I see a similar thing happening with Uranium. The price of uranium should go up if the US dollar depreciates otherwise its value is just going down which i feel is definatily not the case.

Uranium will be the next big thing, more and more people are realising this and the shortages that will be felt have to push the price of the uranium up! Anyway i am bullish for uranium and most people are if they are in this stock already so we dont need to go into that.

The increase in the dollar should not be worrying you to much as i would rather have a stronger economy in the long run, and everything does always work out thats why the market is always right.

I feel very strongly that the market is going to be pulling back strongly over the next year and people need to be in good stocks if they are wanting to have a long hold position. personally i cant point people at a better share than EXT for money safety and growth potential.

Thanks for your analysis and it is always so good to read people who can be real. I dont disagree with you and many companies will struggle with the rising exchange rate but i am still bullish with Uranium and trust the market will sort it out in the long run...
