If you look at valuing land in Sydney,the cost per sqm of land in Valcluse is not the same as out at Blacktown.
There are lots of marginal U companies,but not many with EXT's location,quality and size.
It will come down to how much someone is willing to pay for the best U asset on the market.
Yes I agree with your post saying that a higher A$ will effect share value,but get the value right first.
