    No, NC has said that we have filed and are in the blackout period. I've posted this several times but it may help to understand with timelines. We're somewhere between weeks 7 and 10 on the timeline set out from secton 3.1 onwards (although in reality we seem to be following EGC filing under JOBS, section 4.1):
