It has come to the Company's attention that certain excerpts from a private email correspondence between our CEO Mike Thomas and one of our shareholders, in which Mike expressed his private views and beliefs on certain events, were published by that shareholder. The Company feels it is important to state that the views and beliefs expressed by Mike were not on behalf of iSonea and they do not represent the views of the company, which respects and values the contribution to the company made by Dr. Noam Gavriely as its founding entrepreneur.

During the past year iSonea has made tremendous efforts to push the company forward, and we are all very excited about the positive response from the market place since the release of our Smart Applications� available through Apple's iTunes App Store and Google's Android Apps Store.

To the extent that anyone interpreted a private email correspondence between Mike and a certain shareholder as an expression of views held by iSonea about Dr. Gavriely, we regret that and want to assert that Mike's views were his alone and are not endorsed by iSonea. We also regret any personal offense anyone may have taken with Mike?€™s views.
