I am concerned with their overall offering. Bryan Saba seems to be an absent CEO within the org, he doesn't have a CEO pedigree so seems like he is bargaining on his luck. They are still maintaining their focus on a lacklustre security operations center in a market that is saturated with operations centers. They also just lost their security operations centre manager and their overall employee churn is high. In my opinion there is not much happening here to challenge the market. I wonder how long they can keep the boat afloat, especially if some of those senior staff get wise and leave like the principal.
