Valid points you make their Stockcount however you did not factor in that Xped sits in an industry segment that is just taking off and is going to be huge. In another year we will probably all be sick of hearing about IoT.

Xped has product and tech ready to go and is in the middle of commercialisation right now and given the projected size of the IoT sector should be in a position to grab a useful chunk of this multi-billion$ new market - especially when you compare the size of the market so Xped's current fully diluted market cap.

The Xped business model very much works on a licensing and royalty basis and most of the costs of developing the tech have been accounted for already. It means that Xped's EBITDA margin should be huge as and when partners start deploying the tech.

Accordingly I expect the SP to run ahead of the game until such time as real evidence appears to either support a higher SP or indeed a lower SP.

Our American advisors EAS have accepted the following as part of their remuneration (from today's 3B)

7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.07 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.07 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.09 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.09 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.11 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.11 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

7,500,000 unlisted options, with an exercise price of $0.13 subject to the 10 day volume weighted average price of Shares on ASX being not less than $0.13 at the time of exercise and expiring 24 months from allotment.

I expect that the guys at EAS knew what they were doing when agreed to that.

Which is further reason to believe that the market will give Xped the benefit of the doubt at least at first.

Also look on the bright side, a lot of shares held by a lot of people will make Xped harder to takeover and will force any acquirer to pay more if they want to take us out.

All things considered I remain unconcerned by the number of shares in issue - after all this is not a micro-cap resources company in an unloved sector but an investment in the future of the world we will be living in soon.
