I am a buy of RYG/XPE, but not until the dust settles.

1.5c is the lowest it could go. Others have said will go to 5c which is possible after all the ructions are out of the way, some risk is off the table.

I will probably take a small position after the first week when the SP flattens off, but not more until an actual chip deal has been done first. Which means it has been validated and it should grow steady after that.
