" DOCA was approved at Creditors meeting. Came into effect 22/12/16.
Shareholder meeting is due to be held between 8 to 10 weeks after that date.
Yes AZZ will retain Big Star.
Current share holders will finish up with approx. 5% of the company.
Current share holders will take a 15 to 1 haircut.
Simplified 240 million shares existing will finish up as 16 million shares.
By example 30,000 shares become 2,000 shares.
After new issues and deal making each of those 2,000 shares will be worth less than a cent each. Until Big Star is sold.
So in short we have become a part of yet another flop and a win for the vultures.
For me AZZ was the straw that has broken the Camels back.

Re ADX, forget them also. Last chance to bail out.
