But, as with HDR and WPL, there is always the possibility of one of the majors, ie COP, taking a position in FAL in advance of this inevitable ( as far as I see it ) declaration of commerciality. The rationale being to give them a stakehold just in case a suitor came out of left field and made a play for FAR and/or as an entree to become a Cornerstone investor in FAR and help FAR raise the capital to fund their share of the development costs. The position would probably come by way of a placement at a premium to the market price at the time up to say 19.99% and the funds used/available to fund FAR's share of development in whole or part.
