ASX announcement of 22/12/2008 refers to drilling recommencing on 6/1/2009 with Hole RWDKO801 at a depth of 541 metres, this is immediately above evaporite horizons that encountered Yaringa 1 & Hamelin 1 (old drilling reports from other companies).
Whilst drilling problems have & could continue to present risk these evaporites aren't struck, a strike of evaporites would confirm an alternative potash project to Lake Disappointment Project.
A 30 metre column of brine would be great news for RWD.
May need to watch trading volumes closely over the coming weeks. It is a very thinly traded stock so could move quickly on any positive drilling news.
