There is a saying that could be relevant here, 'you can't polish a turd'.

I'd be a bit reluctant to believe the positive spin on this given the track record of the company and management, but who knows maybe things will improve from here on. They must have something to offer if they can raise more capital.
I'll never invest in ESN again though, I still think it's just a vehicle to fatten the directors who's snouts are scoffing into shareholders equity.
