Now that I have had the time to digest todays announcement it is clear that Intec have come a long way in bringing their technology (Metals Recycling Project) to production.
The MRP is now a major operation with high quality infrastructure and a perfect location. There are multiple revenue streams now available from the one operation site another major positive.
During the negotiation process Intec would have had to show enough corporate backing / support to convince Delta & BHP that the $20 Million price tag could be achieved. I am not the least bit worried about finance what is of much more importance is the pending feasibility study by GHD +/- 15% and the resource(s) / high grade feed stocks to be processed by Intec.
Intec plan to have cash flow by mid 2009 by processing all the EAF dust stockpiled which equates to AUD $20 Million worth at today’s prices and releasing a further $4.5 Million in government bonds.
Unlike many stocks now in this market Intec management clearly have a plan / direction and are being aggressive in their thought process to bring value to share holders. IMO now that we have this confirmation on the direction Intec have proposed this company is a standout BUY if you are after a solid Growth / Revenue story over the next 12 months.
I continue to convert poor performing stocks into Intec (INL) as this company now has the potential to develope into something substantial.
