Dubi, the grant on offer was REDP.

The co that won over ours was a US company that has had some real questions asked regarding being able to get any tech to market. There was speculation that because this US co partnered with a large local construction firm that makes large political donations. Now that was all mere speculation mind you but no one on this board could come up with any reason other than that as to why OPT would have won.
Our tech seems better. Australian Co, Australian Jobs, Support from the Government in WA. It just didnt seem to make sense. (Still doesnt to me, just another sign of an inept bunch of policy makers)

As for grants coming up; there was also talk that not all of the REDP was dished out and that maybe we would make some scraps, but that whole lead seems to have died somewhat.
We got a small French grant. As for others, there are none that I know of.

A couple of other points for you.

CWE's founder (the tech founder) is quite the inventor and has some other great inventions that have done well at market.
CWE have other tech in their portfolio.

Something to do with Coal and wing design.
