I wasnt suggesting that GE could use the CSIRO IP tech.
GE would probably be using the vacum chamber weld wire method, I dont think you get Oxidisation in the Vacum chamber.
If there is no Oxygen in the Vac chamber, I doubt the weld wire method could oxidise.
