Thats right, TTT would have to order Aluminium frames from china made to the internal dimensions of what they want the T frame to be. Then melt it out.
So based on that info, we dont really know for sure if TTT has actually made a usable Bike frame yet or just coated an Aluminium frame so it looks like a T frame.
All thie little things is what takes the time, would be interesting to know what TTT has actually made so far, rather than being told that one day it can be used for this and this etc.
