Mate you can think what you like but the fact is that PEM needs CBH more than the other way around and I don't deny that combining the two companies would be advantageous for CBH but it is in the best interests of both parties....YES mate BOTH parties.
Something the arrogant egotistical management of PEM are going to overlook.They can drum on about value as much as they like but at the end of the day they need to do what is right for the longe tern viability of the company.
So I am of the opinion that CBH management should let PEM management lay in the bed they are making for themselves.
I do have pitty on PEM shareholders though.
I will say nothing more on the subject out of respect for PEM shareholders.
