    CBH have paid off heaps of debt from that money, sure they lost money, but its not the picture you paint

    Also in the announcement yesterday they said they are now in a breaking even or near breaking even position, you cant say that about PEM

    Yes I hold CBH not PEM, but I do see it as being in both companies interests to merge
