Pem sold their soul for a quick dollar grab in what can only be described as a failure by management to show any ounce of commonsense when it was needed. Its fine to chase other parties, but to jump into bed with the Chinese so readily and for what????? A shortterm cash hit that will be lucky to see the light of day lol. This deal is far from done, and I'd suggest that recent events have strengthened CBH's position for the merger, not weakened it in the eyes of Pem holders. Yep, I hold both....the merger is the best way forward imo for both companies and the town.
