Look at OZL (merger Zinifex with Oxiana) - the end result is bad. In my opinion, both managements (CBH and PEM) are poor and both are deceiving shareholders. Would be happy if the third party came into the picture. However,I will stick with Chinese, due to the future prospects (and not only quick cash injection) .
