4DS is is a beast in a making. So far we cannot see its value because after 10 years of hard work and 20 patents- 3 pending, we need only 2 weeks at max. to come to a conclusion about 4DS type of reram. And while i'm mentioning it is worth to say that IMEC is one of the best in the World with 300mil. wafer fab. This is NOT a backyard venture and huge human capital has being invested here as high value IP. By the big Boss-s words "this gonna be the biggest of his projects(30-50 bagger).
