    Jas they are targeting the institutional investor not maa and paa this is the big end of town that will not put in U bids till all is proven may be waiting for next bit of news by months end hopefully drive the price up prior to any material transaction which any bidder will then need to pay a higher premium its cat and mouse for the moment but for how long.Dont think there will be any leak here all parties are aware of strict confidentiality
