    I think WD has the ability to produce 300mm wafer for 4DS ReRAM product, but they give it to IMEC. 4DS is very careful not to leak all tech info to WD. They have a lots of compititors, they keep their mouth tightly and made few announcements in the market. Hope they will success.

    BTW, they doesn't count on WD only to take a bid, but also Intel, Samsung, Apple, Amason, Microsoft etc for mobile and cloud data store.
