a. to finance business development initiatives including additional sales force staff in Australia and internationally
b. to purchase equipment and other capital assets to support growth opportunities in Datadot, DataTrace DNA, and AgTechnix Pty Ltd.
c. to provide additional general working capital eg finance the purchasing of readers for the DataTrace DNA contract with a major European Phamaceutical company previously announced and proceeding to delivery: and
d support the accelerated commercialisation of technology in the related DataTraceDNA Pty Ltd and AgTechnix Pty Ltd.
