Firstly

Blakeman as far as I recall holds about 22-25 million shares..Blakemen has purchased more shares the past few years and even paid up to 20 cents per share last year..

Ian Kraemer holds about 1.2 million shares

None of the management get any free shares, they take shares for fees in preference to cash...

Its very late and I don't have the energy to attach all the actual figures but the best part about MNM is all management pay for their shares just like you and me....no freebies like most small caps...
