A look at the top 20 holders shows that 28.99% is held by Merrill Lynch Nominees (latest Annual Report). The top 20 hold 69.58% of the shares with 78,574,000 held outside the top 20. The pattern of holdings makes a takeover highly likely once the resource is proven because as other comments on NAE's prospects indicate, it appears to be a substantial resource close to known markets with a very modest infrastructure cost burden.
