Well thats always been an interesting one Khaliqs. With the credit and commercial paper marketing tightening up i've wondered where DBZ are getting their funds from. I understand they ran a high yield bond portfolios and specialised in corporate loans.
From memory a few months ago DBZ were indicating the liquidation of about $4 billion worth of assets and the hedge fund was actually under investigation by the SEC.
Im not sure what status things are at now however the funding capabilities of DBZ have been a risk especially in this market!
