The difference is its Go Time, that's m belief. I hope they can hook a deal with the partners of that placement that happened a couple of days ago. But It does beg the question why they wouldn't have done the whole JV instead of the placement. Anyway time will tell what happens, GRK is finally moving ahead after a long wait, so I am very happy for it and the Long term share holders (myself included)
