    I feel like this has all been priced in. This study receipt (although positive) does not add any additional information to what is already known, therefore will not rocket the price as some might have hoped. Will just be choppy in a range until finance approval.

    Consider this a great time to pack the bags if you are confident they will get construction finance approval. You got 2 months
