    Some interesting points from the GM as I understood them:

    - all resolutions expected to pass.

    - an updated DFS showing updated figures is going to be released (didn't catch the timeframe when).

    - as per the MoU, a financing proposal is due with 2 months after the EPC agreement is received.

    Seems we are getting very close.
