awesome numbers, 1000 US/T May seem unrealistic now but in 15-20 years times who knows what potash will be worth just with inflationary factors alone this doesn't seem unreasonable
the project is based off of 31 year mine life but it has ample reserves I think to at least double that
the summit consortium in my opinion are geniuses for potentially proposing financing with a royalty.
say their investment is paid off in full over the first 10 years or so
they could potentially have another half a century of royalties coming through if the financial proposal is worded correctly
interesting times!
