Yes. They have a longer history as Elemental Minerals. Didn't Dingyi Group offer to buy the mining rights for Kola from Elemental for 160 million dollars back in 2013.?

Following links show that so much has been achieved since the 160 million dollar valuation, but current market cap is only approx 65 million. Such a bargain at these prices IMO.!

A second broker has just added a "strong buy" recommendation to KP2 (as per below image). Fair value at 4c.

KP2 is sitting on a resource worth billions of dollars, and has clearly stated an expectation that it is about to receive 1.8 billion dollars in project financing within the next few months.

KP2 has clearly stated an expectation that project construction is expected to start in January 2023.

At current potash prices, project NPV is over 9 billion dollars.

KP2 currently sitting on 7.5 million in the bank, which equals more than 10% of its current market cap. Company is fully funded up to expected receipt of project financing.

All of these achievements, and current market cap is about 68 million.

KP2 seems so undervalued.! Two brokers now applying a "strong buy" recommendation.

IMO KP2 is about to breakout big time.

IMO, the current share price and current MC does not reflect these achievements.

KP2 has just reported that it is expecting to receive $1.8 billion dollars in funding in the very near future, and it still currently has a small market cap of approx 70 million.

KP2 is significantly undervalued and under appreciated IMO.

Quotes taken from the Heads of Agreement announcement released to market on 28 June 2022:

"The Summit Consortium (“Consortium”) have reaffirmed their commitment to provide Kore with a financing proposal for the full construction cost of Kola, and that the financing proposal will be provided after Kore has received the EPC proposal and has agreed with SEPCO on the key EPC terms."

"The Heads of Agreement with SEPCO reconfirms their commitment to advance from the completed Kola optimisation phase, to construction contract formation and then into construction of Kola. We look forward now to receiving the EPC contract proposal.”
