    I think ASX continuous disclosure applies here? Not sure. If so they would have to disclose it to the market and I am guessing they would want to disclose it to the market anyway. Today would be the last day, it's still 5:30 in London so hopefully the LSE will get an announcement today.

    Plus it wouldnt take them that long to review, the summit + kp2 are in contact twice a week or something like that.
