What a great announcement. I'm excited that PLP are now making the initial steps to further patent their L-MAX process. However, I believe it is only a small good news. Patent usually take months to years before they're approved.
Further to that, any good news from now will be overshadowed by the CR. Until an Ann are made to address the CR, it's going to be stalemate.
